Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, hashed password, IP address at signup and login.
• Content you upload: photos (which contain facial data), videos and audio, plus the videos and audio generated from them.
• Voice samples: if you clone a voice, we keep the recording you upload (a voice is personal biometric data) until you delete the voice or your account, together with the time and IP address at which you confirmed permission. Text you turn into speech is sent to our AI provider to make the audio.
• Usage data: jobs, credit history and payment records (order reference, amount, and the name and note you give us when you pay by bank transfer). We never receive card details. If Paystack is enabled, card payments are handled entirely by Paystack.

How we use it

To run the service, prevent abuse, process payments, provide support and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use your faces or videos to train AI models.

Third-party processors

To generate results, your uploaded files are sent to our AI infrastructure provider(s) for processing, and card payments, when enabled, are processed by Paystack. These providers process data only to deliver their service.

Retention

Uploaded files and generated videos are deleted automatically after 7 days, or immediately when you delete them. Account and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all files at any time from Account. To request a copy of your data or ask questions, contact help@bzwapk.com.

Security

Passwords are hashed, files are stored privately and are only accessible through authenticated or time-limited links, and connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
