Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

1. The service

bzwapk ("we", "us") provides AI tools for face swapping, talking avatars and lip sync. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Consent is mandatory

You may only upload photos, videos, voices or audio that you own or have the explicit permission of every identifiable person to use in this way. You confirm this each time you generate a video.

3. Prohibited uses

You must not use the service to:

impersonate a real person to deceive others, commit fraud, or bypass identity verification;
clone or imitate a voice that is not yours without that person's clear permission, or use any generated voice to deceive or defraud;
create sexual, explicit or nude content, or any content involving people under 18;
harass, bully, defame, threaten or blackmail anyone;
create misleading political, election, news or public-health content, or fake statements attributed to real people;
violate copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights;
break the law or evade our safety measures.

Violations lead to immediate account suspension without refund, and we may report unlawful content to the relevant authorities and cooperate with investigations.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and create. You grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the service. Files are automatically deleted after a short retention period. You are solely responsible for how you use and share the results.

5. Credits, plans and refunds

Credits are consumed when a job starts. If a job fails on our side, credits are returned automatically. Plan and credit-pack purchases are otherwise non-refundable unless required by law. Plan credits are granted at purchase; plans provide longer clip limits for the paid period.

6. Availability & AI limitations

AI output can be imperfect. Results depend on input quality. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Reporting abuse

Think content made with our service is abusive or non-consensual? Report it here and we will review it promptly.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
